Swiss Deliveries

Deliveries within Switzerland are handled by Swiss Post. Swiss shipments are delivered by PostPac Priority and cost CHF 10.00 which is paid by the customer. With PostPac Priority, Swiss Post offers next-day delivery of your parcels. Delivery is from Monday to Friday. Parcels handed in after 4:00 p.m. will arrive two days after. We process and send orders from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. CET (with the exception of Swiss public holidays). All shipments that are sent by are insured by Swiss Post against theft and accidental damage, up to CHF500. Upon delivery of shipment, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

European Deliveries

Deliveries to European countries are handled by UPS Standard and cost CHF 45.00 which is paid by the customer. UPS Standard offers deliveries within 2-3 days. We process and send orders from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. CET (with the exception of Swiss public holidays). Please note that product prices do not include duties and taxes. Duty (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities.

Return Policy

Please note that all articles bought through only delivered within Switzerland may be returned free of charge within 14 days of delivery as long as you inform us via email or telephone within that time and send us the merchandise as per the following instructions. Once you have informed us of your return intensions, we send you a return label for your return shipment within Switzerland. Please use our order confirmation (attached on the package) as a return form and enter your reason for return code. Please note that we cannot take back any customized items. We unfortunately cannot accept returns of any items purchased through and sent to an address in Europe.

In case of a return, please ensure that the following provisions are met:

  1. All items must be in mint condition i.e., have not been worn, altered or washed and all tags have to be attached.
  2. All merchandise to be returned has to be sent in one package.
  3. The item must be standard and cannot be customized in any way.
  4. The items must have been delivered to an address within Switzerland. International orders cannot be sent back.
Refunding the purchase price

Please be aware that it may take up to 14 days for us to process your return after we have received it. After we have received the returned merchandise, we either will refund you through the original payment method or send you an email concerning your refund.

Refunds will be done through the same method as the original payment. Please make sure you have access to your bank account in case you paid by bank transfer as piq GmbH assumes no liability for this. We will credit your PayPal account in case you paid through PayPal. Credit Card payments will be refunded to the card used at payment. The time it takes for you to get refunded depends on your payment method.

Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded. In case returned merchandise was purchased using a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.
